Here at Country Carpets & Beds, we understand the role a good quality bed and mattress can play in your life, and as the average person spends the equivalent of 121 days a year in bed, it’s essential to choose wisely.
We have one of the largest collections of beds on display in the area, so there’s plenty for you to sample, from traditional to contemporary designs, with pocket sprung, memory foam, orthopaedic, waterproof, luxury and budget mattresses. Our knowledgeable team can chat with you about your requirements and advise on what type of mattress and frame would best suit your individual needs.
We’re proud to say all our beds are made in Britain and we supply some of the highest quality products available, including Harrison Spinks, Silent Night, and Rest Assured. Leeds-based firm Harrison Spinks take an artisan approach to their craft and specialise in hand-made luxury mattresses using the finest natural fillings, including wool, hemp and flax from their own sheep and crops. Take our word for it – once you’ve slept on a Harrison Spinks mattress, no other bed will do!
If you need a non-standard bed size just let us know, we are able to source bespoke frames and mattresses to suit your needs.
What does it involve?
Our service includes delivery of your new bed and removal and disposal of your old bed. We will unpack and assemble your new bed, carefully inspect it, demonstrate how to use any moving parts, and ensure you are completely happy with it before we leave. We’ll even take away all the packaging for you.
All beds come with a one year guarantee, and some mattresses have warranties of up to 10 years.
We do our best to be environmentally friendly and recycle bed and mattress parts and fillings wherever we can. Old mattresses are taken apart at our warehouse, and we are able to return certain mattresses to the manufacturers for recycling, such as the Silent Night ‘eco’ range.
